Representative clients in this category include: Roger Clemens
We represent Roger Clemens for purposes of the Congressional hearings and litigation that have arisen from the Mitchell Report's allegations of performance-enhancing substance abuse in major league baseball. The seven-time Cy Young Award winner was named in the report, based solely on the contentions of his former trainer, Brian McNamee. Mr. Clemens has repeatedly and consistently denied these charges and has presented credible evidence of the honesty, integrity, and hard work that have made his historic career possible. In addition to representing the baseball legend in Congressional hearings, we also represent Clemens in an independent investigation, a civil defamation suit against his accuser, and a Department of Justice criminal investigation stemming from the House Oversight Committee's referral for possible perjury.
Calvin Murphy
The former member of the Houston Rockets and member of the NBA Hall of Fame was charged with three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and three counts of indecency with a child. After a five-week jury trial, the jury acquitted Murphy on all counts in a little over two hours.

Though Mrs. Moon did not want to press charges, the state insisted on pursuing criminal charges and the case was tried for eight days before a Fort Bend County jury. The jury found Moon not guilty in less than 30 minutes.
Steve Francis Houston Rockets basketball player Steve Francis was charged with driving while intoxicated in Houston. Francis was found not guilty at trial.
