Business Trial Lawyer Megan Moore Joins Rusty Hardin & Associates

HOUSTON – Rusty Hardin & Associates, LLP, is pleased to announce that Houston commercial litigator Megan Moore has joined the firm as a senior associate.

Ms. Moore has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of industries including manufacturing, mortgage, energy, medical, real estate, financial, pharmaceutical, and technology. In addition to handling litigation, she has written appellate briefs in both state and federal courts.

She joins the firm after almost six years at the commercial litigation and employment law firm Hoover Kernell LLP. Along with her trial work, Ms. Moore provided general advice and counsel to employers and drafted non-compete agreements and employee handbooks. She also has experience as an attorney or guardian ad litem in federal court cases. She previously worked at the Houston litigation boutique Steele Sturm, PLLC.

Ms. Moore earned her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and received a bachelor of arts degree with honors from the University of Texas Plan II Honors program.

She has earned a place on the Texas Rising Stars list for three consecutive years, 2015-2017. The exclusive Rising Stars list recognizes the top 2.5 percent of the state’s lawyers age 40 and younger or who have been in practice 10 years or less.
