Rusty Hardin's Comments About Bob

Bob grew up in Conroe, Texas and attended Texas A&M University as an undergraduate. Before attending and graduating from law school at South Texas in 1993, he worked as a bank credit analyst for a year and a half. When he received his law degree, he first worked in a general civil practice with the firm of Cokinos, Bosien & Young before joining me in June 1995.

Bob is truly outstanding at getting a case ready for trial by addressing every detail and issue that one needs in order to effectively present the case to a jury. Bob's preparation has been directly responsible for a $65 million jury verdict against a nursing home, a very successful mid-trial settlement of a whistleblower lawsuit, and a very satisfactory pre-trial settlement of another nursing home negligence claim. Bob managed, discovered, and resolved a case that resulted in a very satisfactory settlement of a case involving eleven defendants. Bob also assisted in managing our joint representation with Fulbright & Jaworski of ExxonMobil in the successful settlement of a contract dispute in which ExxonMobil was the plaintiff against Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction Company. Bob is a trial lawyer's dream because he does everything yesterday. Bob enjoys and excels at preparing cases to present to a jury. We work really well together. Bob concentrates exclusively on civil cases. He is married, and his wife Carrie is the General Counsel for the Conroe Independent School District. They have two children, Max and Grace.
