Royal Bank America

January 1, 2013

Our client Royal Bank America was sued by an individual who borrowed several million dollars from the bank, defaulted on the loan, then sued the bank for breach of an oral contract and fraud, claiming that the bank had agreed not to sell the loan to any party the debtor had brought to the bank.
