Ex-DA arrested after Hardin prosecuted in court of inquiry

A rare court of inquiry in Williamson County led to the April 2013 arrest of Ken Anderson, the former county district attorney. A judge determined after hearing evidence presented by special prosecutor Rusty Hardin that there was probable cause to believe Anderson withheld critical evidence in Michael Morton’s 1987 murder trial.
