Ex-DA arrested after Hardin prosecuted in court of inquiry

A rare court of inquiry in Williamson County led to the April 2013 arrest of Ken Anderson, the former county district attorney. A judge determined after hearing evidence presented by special prosecutor Rusty Hardin that there was probable cause to believe Anderson withheld critical evidence in Michael Morton’s 1987 murder trial. The update of story below indicates Anderson appealed.
