Daniel Dutko began his career representing large corporations and insurance companies. When the opportunity to represent more plaintiffs presented itself, he found he much preferred being able to help those who had been wronged or injured and were in need of someone who could find them relief.
Daniel focuses his practice on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, class action, and complex commercial litigation. He has argued cases all across Texas in both state and federal court. His experience defending large companies has given him unique insight into multiple perspectives of the litigation process. He knows what the parties involved are thinking, their goals, and how to use that knowledge to his clients’ advantage.
Those he works with understand Daniel isn’t interested in cutting corners to bring cases to a speedy conclusion. He recognizes and maximizes the amount a case is worth by exploring all options and delivering aggressive representation. He keeps clients informed at every step of the legal process so they know their case is moving forward and can go back to focusing on their daily lives. He understands that every case represents a significant moment in their life, and he treats it with the respect it deserves.
Daniel and his wife have four young children. Outside the office he enjoys spending his time with them, at home, a ballgame, or a school activity.
