Daniel Dutko is a trial lawyer who believes in aggressive representation for all his clients. He focuses on cases involving catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, class action, and complex commercial litigation. Daniel began his career representing large corporations and insurance companies. More than a decade ago, Daniel switched his focus to representing Plaintiffs and doggedly pursuing justice for those injured and damaged. Daniel has tried cases all over the state of Texas, including Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Eagle Pass, Del Rio, Kountze, Cotulla, and Laredo. Daniel has argued in front of the Texas Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, as well as First, Third, Thirteenth, and Fourteenth Courts of Appeals in Texas.
For more than a decade, Daniel taught and trained young trial lawyers, serving as an adjunct professor at his alma mater, the South Texas College of Law Houston. There, he taught trial technique and coached his team to a national championship at the National Mock Trial competition of the American Trial Lawyers Association.
Before joining Rusty Hardin & Associates, Daniel practiced at two civil litigation law firms, Burck, Lapidus & Lanza LLP and Hanszen Laporte LLP, where he gained considerable courtroom experience.
