Victoria “Tori” A. Reilly joined the firm as an Associate in 2020 after obtaining her law degree from New England Law | Boston in Boston, Massachusetts. In her current role, she will focus on general civil and commercial litigation matters at the state and federal level while also intermittently working on criminal cases. Tori also will provide support for the firm's catastrophic personal injury cases.
Tori knew from a young age that a career in law was something she wanted to pursue. After graduating from Northeastern University with a degree in Criminal Justice, she continued her education with the Boston University Center for Professional Education where she earned certification as a paralegal. She then secured roles as a Litigation Paralegal for firms such as Martin, Magnuson, McCarthy & Kenny and Jones Kelleher LLP where she aided in all aspects of litigation support, including factual investigation and discovery, document review, deposition preparation, and trial preparation. She also drafted pleadings, subpoenas, and various motions.
This hands-on experience coupled with her desire to help clients navigate through the most cumbersome legal hurdles ultimately propelled her to obtain her law degree. Tori's pragmatic work ethic and natural ability to make clients feel at ease has given her the ability to provide counsel on several high stakes matters in her new position at Rusty Hardin & Associates.
